About the Role:

As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll oversee subcontractors, maintain quality control, and drive project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee up to 18 residential projects at various stages
Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS regulations
Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines
Identify and resolve any on-site issues proactively
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframes

Requirements to Apply:

Trade background – Carpentry Cert III or Bricklaying
Certificate IV in Building & Construction (completed or in progress)
Strong knowledge of the residential construction process
Experience supervising multiple projects at once
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality homes
