A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $40 million industrial construction project in Western Sydney, commencing in April.

The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $30 million to $100 million
• You will be working on a $40 million industrial construction project
• You will be managing a Foreman and Leading Hand, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager
• $200k to $230k package, with industrial experience a premium
• Immediate start
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Western Sydney based site
• 13 Flexible RDO's a year with rostered Saturdays

• Projects between $30 million to $100 million
• Strong pipeline work in 2025/26 within NSW

You will have:

• A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
• Previous site management experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential
• Industrial construction experience essential
• Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder
• Experience managing industrial construction projects over $15 million with a Tier 2 Builder
• A steady career history and previous site management background
• Solid programming knowledge
• QA experience
• Strong IT skills, experience with Procore
