Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth cash flow management
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions
• Prepare BAS, PAYG, and cash flow forecasts
• Collaborate with external accountants on financial reporting and audits
• Manage payroll, superannuation, and tax compliance
• Provide financial insights and reporting to drive strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 2 +years in a finance or bookkeeping role
• Experience using Xero (Synergy experience preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to commercial financial systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with key business leaders
• A detail-oriented and proactive professional with a problem-solving mindset
