The Role:

Join our Sport & Property team as a Community Land Officer where you will efficiently administer authorisations and associated processes in a customer-centric manner for the compliant use of Council land and property.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Administering of property authorisations, databases and documentation related to key team accountabilities.
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence for internal and external customers, including in relation to formal responses to enquiries and for public consultation.
  • Maintaining registers and procedural documentation related to land and property processes.

About You...

You will hold relevant qualifications in land and property administration or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.

In addition you will need to have:

  • A demonstrated understanding of land and property-related work processes;
  • Experience in the preparation and administration of land and property authorisation and tenancy agreement documents;
  • Excellent administrative experience, knowledge and skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs and familiarity with navigating corporate software;
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills appropriate for the preparation of reports and documentation related to the subject matter; and
  • A customer-centric approach to achieving successful and positive outcomes.
