About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Electrical Estimator to join our vibrant and friendly team. Based at our Osborne Park office, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and detailed cost estimates, directly contributing to the success of our projects.

You will work closely with the Directors, Operations Manager, and other key stakeholders to develop precise estimates, helping secure exciting new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end preparation of tenders, RFQs, budget estimates, and related documentation.
• Attend site meetings to gather project-specific details and gain firsthand insights.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to determine scope, materials, and labour needs.
• Perform material and quantity take-offs for electrical systems and components.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and bid packages, including cost breakdowns, schedules, methodologies, and qualitative criteria.
• Calculate and submit final quotes/tenders to clients.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and innovative solutions.
• Foster early contractor engagement with key clients for budget estimates on potential projects.
• Track estimating platforms for relevant service/project tenders.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical estimating, including cost analysis, scope development, and bid preparation.
• Expertise in preparing detailed design and construct quotes, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and value-engineering solutions.
