Mayday is partnering with a leading service provider to recruit a HR Administrator for a 2-month assignment with the potential for extension!

Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the People & Culture team, focusing on HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing HR inquiries.

This is a fast-paced role involving a mix of administrative tasks, employee support, and process optimization, all while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Our client is offering a 2-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs.

HR experience is desired. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing exceptional HR support and customer service.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday (Full time in the office)

Duties:

  • HR Administration: Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Documentation: Prepare and store employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Employee Support: Provide first-level HR support, answering inquiries related to policies, systems, and processes.
  • Triage Inquiries: Address HR requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and report on employee data accuracy and HR processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously document, optimize, and improve HR systems and workflows.
