The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior IT Leader to bridge the gap between the CIO and the wider IT function, providing strategic and operational leadership. This is a newly created role designed to alleviate the weight on the CIO while spearheading transformational change across the enterprise.
With major projects already in flight, including a large-scale customer management system, AI integration, and business-wide digital transformation, this is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of all IT infrastructure, applications, and operational services across the enterprise.
Drive and execute enterprise-wide IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
Manage and lead four direct team leads encomp[assign a technology group of 20/25: InfoSec, Digital Tech,Platforms, and Applications.
Ensure effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver key projects.
Provide strategic leadership on transformation projects in collaboration with dedicated project teams.
Enhance communication across all levels, ensuring alignment between IT and broader business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience leading large-scale transformational change in IT, ideally within a complex or growing organisation.
Strong strategic and operational leadership—ability to take ownership, make key decisions, and drive results.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with executive stakeholders and translate technical vision into business value.
A deep appreciation for organisational culture, understanding the dynamics of a business that has evolved significantly while retaining its strong community focus.
The ability to mentor and develop teams, ensuring engagement and alignment with business objectives.
Experience with hybrid work models and fostering collaboration between on-site and remote teams.
