We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Manager to lead the development, implementation and optimisation of Salesforce applications within the logistics industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with business processes and objectives.

Description

• Manage and optimise Salesforce applications to align with business processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new Salesforce solutions
• Monitor the performance of Salesforce applications and implement improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce updates and trends
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users
• Develop and implement Salesforce application strategies
• Oversee the security and data integrity of Salesforce applications
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce applications meet business needs

Profile

A successful Salesforce Application Manager should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce applications and platform management
• Proficient experience managing development, releases and testing.
• Previous experience managing a large customer facing application (Salesforce) will be highly regarded.
• Strong integration experience - Webmethods or Mulesoft
• Ideally you would have previously managed support teams
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience aligning these with Salesforce applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
