Fostering a culture of collaboration within their respective discipline, they're in pursuit of an Operations Associate - Senior Interior Designer to work on nationally acknowledged, award-winning projects

The premise of this position is to assist in sector operations, running projects and contributing to phenomenal design.

The role

• Responsible in assisting in daily operations of the interior design division. This involves helping with project running, oversight, mentoring the interiors team, driving design excellence as well as assisting in strategic and operational direction – all with support of the sector lead in second in charge fashion
• Running 1-2 larger projects or assorted smaller projects, must be fluent and confident in project leadership
• All-rounder hands on experience throughout the project cycle, spanning design inception to construction

About you

• Notable experience in large-scale high-density projects - Class 2 Multi-Residential, Affordable Housing, Student Housing, Hotel, Resort all considered. Exposure in Commercial, Workspace & Mixed-Use is an advantage
• Give or take 10–15-year range of experience would be suitable for this position with at least 5-10 being in the Australian market
• Revit native (essential)
• People person capable of providing a positive influence to the team and being an active participant in client engagement
• Strong knowledge and practice skill across local standards and codes
