Due to internal promotions, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service team member, who thrives on multitasking and delivering top-notch service to our dynamic team. Our location in Derrimut is approximately 13kms west of Melbourne’s CBD. About the role…

  • Maintain a high level of customer service, both telephone and reception, by ensuring that service standards are high and that customers are up to date with current and new products; provide customers with all technical information about our products.
  • Work with customer needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve technical description of products and their application.
  • Process customer Sales Return for credit.
  • Assist in stock take process, particularly stock count.
  • Co-ordinate workflow and allocation of work including deliveries and truck fit-ups both at the workshop and on-site.

Must have experience…

  • A technical or mechanical aptitude.
  • Either a background in transport or working with mechanical or automotive components.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service levels.
  • Parts interpretation experience highly advantageous.
