Your Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member to be the voice of our business. As an office assistant, you'll be helping both office administrative work and clients with inquiries, and providing fantastic customer experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment, where your customer service skills truly shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide assistance in handling HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions are documented accurately.
  • Administrative related works, such as file management, coordinating on boardings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a trades or service industry.
  • Experience and knowledge with human resource support roles
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
