Newly created opportunity due to growth to join leading Australian owned International Freight Forwarder located Kogarah supporting the Sales Manager with quotes and pricing.

Ideally you are a recent graduate from business background or have previous local experience working in International Freight Forwarding within data /pricing operations. This is great entry role into Forwarding to further develop your skills.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative services and assistance to the sales department in gaining and retaining customers.

• The role includes data updates of pricing, emails to agents, carriers , coordinating quotes, providing support as and monitoring sales team and relevant sales data.
• You will offer sound administrative support working closely with agents and National Sales Manager on day to day activities .
• A large part of your role will be data entry of rates and pricing to support team, follow up email correspondence both internal, overseas, with both clients and partners.
• You will provide reports to management

You will manage relevant promotional material for both internal and external parties consumption.
