• Drive B2B sales with trade customers, new home builders & developers
• Design & develop systems to meet client needs
• Lead a sales team within the HVAC space
• Create strategy to acquire new clients
• Meet KPI's including sales budgets and conversion ratios.
• Ability to comprehend technical information
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Candidate

If you are looking for a great career opportunity to take control of a B2B sales team and show what you can do then this role is for you.

• Minimum 3 years sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry
• Previous experience selling Air Conditioning products or similar
• Strong technical knowledge of building materials, methods and processes
• Strong at building relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
