About the Role

Join our highly motivated and energetic Outbound sales team where our focus is on signing up new customers through our outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategies.

We operate in a phone-based call centre environment that bursts at the seams with hunger and energy for success. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Achieve a monthly sales and activity targets by implementing your skillset of sourcing, qualifying and converting new customers
• Take a proactive approach to sourcing new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams on outbound sales campaigns and marketing events
• Continuously improve your skillset, product and industry knowledge
• Maintain accurate CRM records

About You

You will be energetic with a desire for success. To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes:

• 1+ years B2B cold calling sales experience
• Be comfortable working against KPI’s and used to achieving targets
• Thrive in a high volume, high activity sales environment and positive sales culture
• Have a proactive and resilient approach
• Proven experience in maintaining and executing a pipeline
