Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Spa World's products, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Deliver engaging sales presentations, both in-store and at trade shows
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure smooth communication with potential and existing clients
• Handle the entire sales process, including securing payments, submitting contracts, and managing customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to improve sales and customer service
• Provide support across our other stores when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales (preferably in a retail environment)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Proficiency with CRM systems and office software like Google Sheets, MS Word, and others
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to a positive workplace culture
