  • Provide briefings to stakeholders on project progress and community impact mitigation measures.
  • Organise and participate in community consultation meetings and engagement activities.
  • Attend site visits to assess community concerns and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
  • Liaise with project teams, contractors, and relevant authorities to address community concerns effectively.

Marketing, Communications & Website Management:

  • Assist in preparing flyers, marketing materials, and project updates to ensure clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the development of digital and print materials to promote projects and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update project information on Mack Civil’s website as needed.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder interactions and community engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation of community engagement reports, consultation summaries, and project updates.
  • Ensure all communication materials align with Mack Civil’s project guidelines.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle complaints and enquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Experience with Consultation Manager or similar record-keeping systems is desirable.
  • Ability to develop marketing materials and communication strategies for projects.
  • Familiarity with website management and updating project information online.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Why Join Mack Civil?
