Early Childhood Educator – Diploma

Salary: $70,960.76 per annum pro rata

Part Time (24 hrs p/w) – Temporary (To 15 December 2025)

Nancy Vibert Children’s Centre is seeking a diploma qualified early childhood educator that is passionate about early childhood education and care to join our team. This is a temporary position until 15th December 2025 working 24hrs per week.

We are a smaller centre which focuses on providing a family environment where our older children nurture and teach the younger children through positive play interactions. We have adopted the primary care approach within our service as we understand the importance of children forming secure attachments and value developing strong relationships that encourage and support family involvement throughout our program.

Our service operate from 7.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If you are enthusiastic, enjoy working with children and adults and are willing to work with the team to provide an inclusive environment that supports the community, then please apply.

Applicants must hold the following current qualifications and certificates:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised by ACEQUA)
• Current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
• Current CPR – HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Criminal History Check (valid within six months).
• Current and valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Protecting Children – Mandatory reporting and other obligations early childhood
