Role Overview
Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth. On a daily basis, you will engage with customers to identify opportunities and close deals, ensuring targets are met. Weekly, you will collaborate with the sales team to review progress, analyse results, and adjust strategies. Monthly, you will report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives and regional goals.
In this role, you will directly impact the growth and success of the business by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, while working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to refine strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in driving success and making a measurable impact on the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured calling plan to prospect new business opportunities
Identify target clients, understand the reasons for contact, and conduct research to build a robust sales pipeline - Focus on both new business acquisition and expanding existing relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Prepare and deliver structured, tailored presentations that address client needs and pain points when securing meetings
- Ask insightful questions to understand client challenges and ensure solutions are aligned with their requirements
- Convert prospects into customers by presenting solutions effectively and demonstrating how they address client problems
- Use a strategic questioning toolkit during client meetings to identify pain areas and provide tailored solutions
- Actively listen to clients, adjusting the conversation to uncover opportunities for additional sales and fostering long-term relationship
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and team success
- Maintain a results-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals while nurturing strong customer relationships
