About the Role

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents, property managers, and leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating CRM systems (REX and or Agent Box)
• Preparing marketing materials and property listings using InDesign and Photoshop
• Assisting with general office administration and client communications
• Coordinating appointments, contracts, and documentation
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a professional, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems (REX preferred)
• Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
