Experienced Service Advisor with an eye for detail

Wyatt Automotive is a family-owned company and has been established for over 37 years

in The Gap, servicing and repairing all makes & models of vehicles.

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

This position will also include Tyre & Battery sales & fitting

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have proven experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with customer enquires via phone, email and in person
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Drop off and pick up customers
• Prepare job cards for Mechanics
• Working with the Service Manager & Mechanics
• Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their vehicle repairs
• Issuing invoices and finalising customer payments
• Fitting tyres & batteries and help to keep workshop tidy
• Ordering and restocking service parts

It's important that you have the following:

• A stable work history
• A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair
• Certificate 111 in Light Vehicle Mechanical is an advantage
• Experience in Tyre sales and fitment
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Must have strong communication skills - on the phone and in person
• Must have strong work ethic, and be physically fit and able to do manual work
• Must have manual driver’s licence
