The company is a National supplier, with over 20 years delivering the full spectrum of power solutions including UPS, Surge, Environmental systems, Generator switching and maintenance services.

Due to continued company growth, there is a new career opportunity for a Junior estimator to join the busy team in Hemmant. We are looking for a technically minded individual, with a passion for the electrical industry. Customers will include Electrical Wholesalers, Electrical Contractors, Government, mining, medical and IT businesses.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business
• Preparing quotations on behalf of the Managing Director as required for projects
• Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and propose tailored solutions to help them with their goals
• Updating systems with relevant data
• Attend site visits
• Deliver and manage projects from start to completion

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the electrical industry, or product supply sector. Bring your technical knowledge to provide high quality customer product solutions.

Candidates with the following skills and attributes are encouraged to apply:

• A sound knowledge of technical / electrical products or sales would be advantageous
• Previous Estimator/quotes experience
• A willingness to learn all about UPS's (Uninterruptible Power Supplies) and other power solutions
• Microsoft office experience, including word, excel and outlook
• Database / CRM experience, the ability to learn new systems
• Positive, customer service focused attitude
• Confidence to communicate with clients and staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Simpro experience would be highly regarded
