The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing company in the agriculture tech space. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be a key support in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll oversee month-end close, payroll, financial reporting, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, payroll processing & financial reporting;
• Assist with budgets, forecasts & board reports;
• Provide variance analysis & process improvements;
• Support AP/AR escalations & process a low-volume of invoices weekly; and
• Work closely with leadership as a key business partner.
