The Opportunity

My client is a scale-up property group. They are well-backed and have continued a strong growth trajectory, demonstrating exceptional resilience despite challenges in the wider sector

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial control, budgeting & forecasting, and analytical support of a number of group and managed entities. Supported by a small transactional finance team.

You will also get the chance to be involved in banking, M/A / capital transactions and other investment and valuation-related matters.

About you

The successful candidate will be a qualified CA/CPA with strong accounting principles. Previous experience in property would be highly regarded

Previous experience working in chartered will be advantageous. 1st time movers out of mid-tier or Big 4 at AM or Manager level are welcome to apply
