With over 20 full-time eLearning designers, a dedicated technical scripting department, an in-house development team, and offices in Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia, we are strengthening our infrastructure by hiring a Technical Script and Content Writer on a 12-month contract, with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate.

About the Role

As a Technical Script and Content Writer, you will play a key role in transforming complex technical training materials into engaging, interactive, and learner-friendly eLearning scripts. Working closely with client stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and our internal design and development teams, you will create high-quality scripts for digital learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyse, and report on client technical training materials (PPTX, PDF, Word, etc.).
• Adapt and refine training materials to develop effective eLearning scripts incorporating interactive and narrative elements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and SMEs to review and finalise scripts for audio recording and production.
• Write multi-media-rich content and liaise with audio vendors to select voice talent and manage audio recordings in multiple languages.
• Organise, archive, and manage long-term script and client-supplied document updates.
• Provide handovers and collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of scripts, audio, and resources into digital training modules.
• Self-manage and proactively resolve scripting-related challenges.
• Report to the project management team to track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure client expectations are met.
