We’re entrusted with the operation and enhancement of a reliable, secure national digital health infrastructure and health support systems. Our commitment to fostering innovation ensures that we stay at the forefront of digital health advancements. Your role will be pivotal in transforming healthcare delivery.
As an ICT Procurement and Contract Manager you will be responsible for the initial procurement analysis through to managing contract negotiation process.
What You’ll Bring
• Facilitate through end-to-end procurement (including advice, industry engagement, approach to market, evaluation and contracting) in compliance with the Commonwealth procurement framework, rules and policies.
• Partner with the Business areas providing high level advice and guidance to build expertise in procurement, provide governance and improve procurement practice and outcomes.
• Develop, co-ordinate and lead procurement activities (end to end) to establish supply arrangements that meet business needs.
• Plan and support contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver value for money procurement outcomes.
• Manage BAU renewals and extensions for Hardware, Labour Hire contracts, professional services and software licencing renewals and true-ups - e.g: Microsoft Volume Sourcing Arrangement, Adobe ETLA
• Certificate IV in Government (Procurement and Contracting) is highly desirable.
Eligibility
• Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.

Order of Merit: Applicants rated as suitable will be placed in a merit pool that may be used to fill similar ongoing or non-ongoing positions throughout the Agency for up to 18 months.

Salary: This role offers between $98,045 - $110,612 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
