We are seeking motivated and diverse customer-focused individuals to join our brilliant Overseas Visitors Heath Cover team, helping overseas visitors navigate the Australian health system.
As a customer service consultant within the Overseas Visitors Health Cover team, you will provide quality service and advice to our customers, providing quality service and advice to existing customers taking into consideration all Peoplecare policies and industry requirements under the private health insurance code of conduct.
At Peoplecare, we put people first and are well known for the way we look after our customers and our team. Our Customer Service Consultants handle each call with enthusiasm, they love to help!
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- LOVE helping people
- Have experience in, and LOVE a fast-paced call-centre work environment
- LOVE talking to people from culturally diverse backgrounds
- Have had exposure to privacy act requirements, EEO, HR principals in relation to workplace practices, WHS, anti-discrimination
- Have experience with a variety of computer software and systems
- Have problem-solving skills & strong attention-to-detail
- Are willing to adapt to change
- Are professional, reliable, and calm under pressure

This is a Full-time permanent position - Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm.
Salary - $61,000 + superannuation + perks & benefits!
Successful candidates must complete a police check prior to commencing with Peoplecare.
