About the role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Business Service Officers to provide high-quality administrative support within the Clinical Business Improvement & Support team and the broader Statewide Dental division.

Positions are conveniently located a short walk from the Adelaide Train station and Rundle Mall in the Roma Mitchell House building, North Terrace.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Service Officer proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with high attention to detail, solid computer and data entry skills.

  • Exceptional accuracy & attention to detail – Proven ability to perform tasks efficiently with a high level of precision, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Strong problem-solving & organisational skills – Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage workloads effectively, and complete complex administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication & customer service – Ability to engage professionally with a range of staff, clients, and stakeholders while delivering a high standard of service.
  • Technical proficiency & office administration – Experience in maintaining office systems, with strong skills in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
