As a key player in our finance team, you'll be at the heart of our business, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve queries. Your positive and proactive approach will be essential in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of approximately 500 clients.
- Ensuring daily tasks are met within set KPI’s
- Proactively managing overdue debts and implementing effective solutions.
- Working on dispute resolution for missed or overdue payments, ensuring client care is always maintained.
- Working with pace and precision to ensure clients are contacted within SLA - this includes working to minimum benchmarks of success.
- Collaborating with various teams, including Accounts Receivable, Client Experience, and Client Retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in credit or collections.
- Some client care/experience exposure highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- A strong eye for detail.
- A "can do" positive attitude to deliver results.
