As we continue to grow and expand into our brand-new office, we're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their skills in Commercial Collections. Whether you’re studying, new to collections, or have experience in finance, credit, or customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable industry experience in a supportive and results-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You'll be working closely with an Account Manager, delivering a service-driven approach that focuses on solutions and positive outcomes for our clients
• Initiating contact with debtors through phone calls and written correspondence
• Conducting skip tracing, locating debtors, and performing investigative research
• Negotiating and setting up suitable payment arrangements
• Managing a growing ledger of clients across our commercial team and recovering overdue accounts
• Engaging with clients regularly to provide updates and obtain instructions for debt recovery and legal proceedings
• Using our specialised debt management software to track correspondence and maintain diligent records

• Strong communication and negotiation skills – you’re confident in handling conversations and finding solutions
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• The ability to manage your time effectively while working independently and as part of a collaborative team
