Due to the ever-growing demand for Million-Dollar Key Accounts, we seek a strong and proven Sales Professional to continue advancing this market powerhouse through the NSW and NZ region based in the Head Office, Vic.
Responsibilities:
- Bring your passion, personality, sales skills and "gift of the gab" to this international powerhouse and be developed into a technical solutions specialist.
- Be handed Millions in potential existing Key Accounts and Business - get into the weeds and the data and find the gold to build on Compounding Success.
- Organise Site Audits and lunch and learns, and provide Technical Advice and Problem-Solving with established Mining Accounts for your external teams.
- Continue the momentum by calling various clients to discuss ongoing company capabilities and solutions developments.
- Experience your next level with ongoing training and development from the internal Mentorship & Professional Development frameworks.
- Strategically develop new business with no limitations or red tape and Build and Own Your Customers and Market.
- Be celebrated and celebrate others as we continue to build a powerful team.
- Travel to NSW & NZ when needed to visit major accounts and secure opportunities to Quote, Specify, Tender and Close backed by your engineering team.
- Negotiating projects and contracts with EPCS with your team.
- Work closely with the NSW State Manager to develop regional direction and growth.
- Foster an environment of Freedom, Prosperity and Winning within a Hybrid rol
The Talent:

- Must have the will to win! Joining a culture of winners means we need people who share this innate drive to succeed.
- You must have no hesitation in calling customers, a true and honest love for hunting, and a minimum of 2 years of phone sales or face-to-face sales (Not Email Sales)
- Experience where you are the instigator of all new business.
- 4 + Years of Mechanical Sales experience, Plumbing, Trade, pneumatics or similar.
- 5+ Years of Technical Solutions Sales Experience.
- 5 + Years of Mining, Minerals Processing, Manufacturing or Aligned Resource industry sales expertise.
- Proven ability to Win Business, resulting in growth.
- A Team Player with Legitimate care for your Team and Company.
- You will be Professional, Passionate and Ready to commit 5 + years to a growing National Company.
- You will be a leader who can work autonomously from home and on-site when required.
- You love winning, are energised by talking to people, and are not an introvert.
