About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Rostering Manager to oversee the scheduling and deployment of our security officers. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and maintain security rosters for multiple sites
✅ Ensure efficient deployment of security officers to meet client requirements
✅ Handle last-minute changes, shift cancellations, and replacements
✅ Communicate effectively with security officers and clients regarding roster updates
✅ Monitor compliance with award rates, fatigue management, and industry regulations
✅ Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to manage staffing levels and recruitment needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role (security industry preferred)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes
• Proficiency in rostering software (e.g., Deputy, Humanforce, or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the Security Industry Award and Fair Work regulations
