ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WHS Manager to to lead the strategic delivery of WHS functions, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and CASPA policies. The role is responsible for ensuring implementation of safety frameworks, managing and maintaining assets, overseeing injury management and workers compensation processes, and providing expert leadership to drive continuous improvement and professional development across these key business areas

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee WHS systems, ensure safe workplaces, contribute to policy development, and manage return-to-work processes
- Liaise with teams for maintenance and issue resolution, and conduct site visits as needed.
- Provide strong, ethical leadership, mentor and develop direct reports, and oversee performance management, training, and WHS responsibilities.

Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
