Our Client:
Offering services across Commercial Facilities, Residential Building Management, Concierge and Defect management as well as Cleaning and Landscaping, our client is a wholly Australian owned business that has been operating for over 20 years.
Duties:
Due to ongoing demand for their Building Management services and a lead-flow that cant be managed by this time-poor Director, this is a stellar role. Managing leads handed across and identifying opportunities for new business across Residential, Commercial and Government your duties will include:
- Researching potential opportunities using available company tools, such as BCI, tender search, and tenders.net sites
- Liaising with and presenting to Owners Corporations, Strata Committee members, Strata Managers and other potential clientele
- Leading the full sales process, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams to create precise tender responses, service delivery agreements, and customized solutions for clients
- Managing your pipeline of prospects
- Providing monthly reports on the status of pending requests and updates on upcoming meetings
Specific requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a proven history in Business Development Management within the Strata or Building Management space, as well as:
- A strong understanding of the Facilities and Building Management industry, including both hard and soft services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation, and WHS
- Exceptional communication, presentation and IT skills
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve
- A valid drivers licence
