Reporting through the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Primarily focus on collections, with some duties in banking and allocations, managing a high volume of open invoices.
• Use internal systems to handle a diverse portfolio of clients invoiced for various charges, ensuring efficient account management.
• Work through an active list of accounts each day, addressing outstanding payments and prioritizing customer service.
• Communicate with clients mainly by phone and email, balancing debt collection with strong relationship-building.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and posses the below personal qualities:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a credit officer, preferably within an inventory based environment
• Experienced in SAP is a distinct advantage
• Skilled in building rapport and managing client relationships professionally.
• Excellent time management to handle daily targets and prioritize tasks.
• Able to handle pressure and adjust to changing priorities effectively.
