The Company

Our client is a fast growing, multi-national company who is seeking a Claims Officer to join the team based in Western Sydney on a hybrid working model. This role will be on a 6-month temporary basis, assisting to reconcile and process a backlog of claims. We are looking for someone with FMCG and claims experience, who can interview and start immediately.

The Role

• Process claims promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claims, working closely with internal teams and external customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their claims, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• ·Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate records of claims data and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Your Profile

• Experience working within FMCG
• Claims processing experience
• Immediately available to start
