Flagstone Property Group is offering the opportunity to join a dynamic Property business that sells and buys across a variety of markets.

The right candidate will be offered a welcome/start up pack of listings in excess of $20million.

You will work with high profile clients that require professionalism, attention to detail and tenacity to get the job done.

The best agents understand Sales is a contact sport, that requires in depth market knowledge and an aggressive approach to realise high value outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Generating new business leads and prospecting for sales opportunities
• Conducting property inspections, preparing listing presentations, and negotiating sales transactions
• Providing expert advice to clients on pricing, marketing, and the current property market
• Managing the sales process from listing to settlement, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Flagstone Property Group business

• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry is a bonus but NOT a necessity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Up-to-date knowledge of the property market and industry regulations
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results
• QLD real estate qualifications and licence.
