Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrate experience and willingness to work across the lifespan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for travel between client locations.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex caseload, including clients with neurological conditions, disabilities, and chronic conditions.
• Provide clinical mentorship and support to junior Occupational Therapists and students.
• Assist the Team Leader in overseeing quality assurance processes, reviewing clinical documentation, and providing feedback to ensure best practice.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual client goals.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Health Professionals within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to internal clinical education sessions.
• Support the Team leader in implementing service improvements and quality initiatives.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including families, support coordinators, and funding bodies to advocate for client needs.
