2 Pac Expert is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our growing team.

We specialize in high-end spray painting for kitchen cabinets, MDF joinery, and custom

furniture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to work with a

What we offer:

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

• RDOs calculated based on performance

Key responsibilities:

• Spray painting kitchen cabinets, MDF joinery, and custom furniture to a high standard

• Surface preparation including sanding, priming, and sealing

• Mixing and applying 2 Pac paints, lacquers, and finishes with precision

• Ensuring a clean and dust-free spray booth and workspace

• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality control

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of spray painting experience (preferably with 2 Pac finishes)

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)

• Full-time working rights in Australia

• Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project timelines

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work)

• Flexibility in rosters based on workload
