About the role

Tone and Texture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Painter to join our growing team in Geelong, Victoria. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter to contribute to the success of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing surfaces and applying high-quality paints, stains and finishes to a variety of materials and substrates
• Using advanced painting techniques to achieve a flawless finish
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on colour selection and application
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior team members
• Liaising with both long term and new clients regarding job specifics, scheduling and satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Certificate 3 in painting and decorating, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality painting and finishing work
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
