Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential House Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, and ensuring a flawless finish on all projects. You will work on a variety of residential properties, providing top-notch painting services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any imperfections.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential painter.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to mix and match colors with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
