Experienced Groomers with a love for pets.
Someone who thrives in a team setting and loves creating smiles—on pets and their owners!

You must be a groomer who can work unassisted and clip and scissor across all breeds.

Located in North Rocks

Responsibilities:

• Handle grooming and styling of dogs of all breeds, including breed-specific clips/ scissor cut
• Handle and groom cats
• Handle dogs/cats with care and ensure their comfort throughout the grooming process
• Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations.
• Keep grooming tools and the salon clean and organised
• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring pet owners are satisfied with the grooming results.
• Identifying any potential health or skin issues and communicating these to the pet owners.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a professional pet groomer
• Excellent handling and grooming skills for both dogs and cats
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well with pet owners
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
• Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing the highest standard of pet care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
