NSW Government is looking for multiple Specialist Assessors to assess grants for those affected by recent natural disasters.

• 3 Month Contract
• ASAP Start
• Work from Home (Must be located in NSW)
• $37.33/ hour = super
• 7 hours/day (8am-5pm) Mon - Fri

As a Specialist Assessor, you’ll play a key role in making fair, timely, and accurate determinations for customers. You'll be the go to expert for complex cases, providing support to both customers and your team. You’ll also:

✔️ Assess applications and make informed decisions based on regulations and policies
✔️ Support customers by providing clear, professional, and empathetic communication
✔️ Assist with team management, helping guide assessors and ensuring KPIs & SLAs are met
✔️ Resolve escalated issues, including complaints and correspondence
✔️ Coach & mentor team members to build their confidence and expertise

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in customer service (face-to-face or phone-based)
• Knowledge of grants, rebates, or vouchers (not essential – we can train you!)
• Experience in team support or leadership (a great opportunity to step up!)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Genesys (helpful, but not required)
