About the role

SH Construction Australia PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team in Rouse Hill, NSW. This is a full-time role overseeing all construction activities on-site and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of workers and subcontractors to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and site policies
• Monitor progress and quality of work, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and manage their performance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for the project
• Provide on-site leadership and mentorship to the construction team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Certification in construction safety (e.g., CSCS or equivalent)
