Residential Construction Site Manager

An established Brisbane-based custom home builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of high-end residential projects. With a strong pipeline of work, this role offers the opportunity to lead multiple luxury home builds across Brisbane’s inner suburbs, particularly in the Camp Hill area.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all site activities for multiple custom home projects
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion
• Maintain project schedules and daily logs using Builder Trend
• Work closely with the Construction Manager and broader team to ensure project success
• Deliver homes to the highest standards, meeting budget, timeline, and client expectations

About You:

• Current QBCC Supervisor Licence
• Trade qualification preferred but not essential
• Experience managing custom residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive team player with a proactive approach
