The Position:

• You will be assisting the team with in and out of office duties;
• Routines, entries and exit inspections
• Tenant liaison
• Maintenance and repairs
• Processing applications
• Open homes and private inspections

Requirements:

• 6-12 months Property Management experience minimum
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
