Phoenix Expert Services is looking for compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our dedicated team! We provide high-quality support for individuals in Supported Living Accommodation and Community Access, empowering them to live independently and thrive.

About the Role:

You will be supporting individuals with mental health challenges and behaviors of concern, helping them achieve their goals while promoting independence and community participation.

Essential Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability/mental health support
- Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transport - - Police check
