About the role

Bentleys wardrobes and kitchens' is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Penrith, NSW. This full-time role involves the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry, wardrobes (built-in, walk-in and box form) and kitchens. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Interpret design plans and technical specifications to fabricate custom cabinets, wardrobes and kitchens
• Expertly operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, assemble and finish cabinetry components
• Carefully install cabinetry, ensuring a precise and secure fit
• Liaise with clients and interior designers to understand and meet their requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and workflows

What we're looking for

• Qualified Cabinet Maker with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the trade
• Exceptional woodworking skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and design plans
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
