About Us:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a entry-level/intermediate Multimedia Designer to join our growing software development team in Point Cook, VIC 3030.

This role is ideal for someone with an IT and design background, who is passionate about digital media, visual storytelling, and user experience for Technology field.

Key Responsibilities:

Multimedia Design & Production

• Plan, design, and produce digital multimedia content for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and educational presentations.
• Develop layouts, UI/UX elements, and interactive content for digital platforms.
• Use specialized software to create static and animated graphics, videos, and interactive content.

Content Creation & Development

• Design engaging promotional content, instructional materials, and marketing visuals for digital platforms.
• Produce multimedia prototypes, mock-ups, and storyboards that incorporate voice, images, and text.
• Research and select the most suitable software, tools, and technologies for multimedia production

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with developers, marketers, and business analysts to align multimedia content with company goals.
• Assist in UI/UX improvements for software applications and digital platforms.
• Continuously explore new trends in multimedia design, animation, and digital marketing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field ( completed)

✅ Technical & Design Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other production team in an Agile software development environment.

✅ Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with 3D design software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
• Internship or academic project experience in multimedia design.
