About the Role
We are excited to announce a newly created position for a Multimedia Designer, offering you a unique opportunity to shape our brand. As a Multimedia Designer, you will work across marketing, product development and social media to create engaging content for our audience. Your tasks will include designing
for our website and social media, creating promotional materials, presentations, and other visual content. You’ll also plan, develop concepts (e.g., sketches or layouts), and produce compelling digital media using static and animated visuals, videos, and sound tailored to our audiences.

This full-time position is based in our Bunbury office, where you'll work closely with a creative team. Our modern office offers great workspaces and services, along with the latest tools to help you excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing team and management to understand project objectives and maintain clear communication throughout.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure design decisions meet functional
  communication needs effectively.
• Generate innovative and creative design ideas that align with the target audience and project goals.
• Produce visual concepts, such as sketches, diagrams, and layouts, to illustrate ideas and guide project development.
• Plan, design, and develop digital and print content, including promotional materials, instructional graphics, presentations, and multimedia content using static and animated visuals, videos, and sound.
• Work closely with production teams, incorporating feedback to refine designs and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Stay updated on new design tools, materials, and media to enhance project impact and appeal.
• Prepare precise documentation for finalized designs and ensure all materials meetmquality standards.
• Maintain organised records of project materials for future reference.
