Sports & Family Podiatry is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly receptionist to join our dynamic team! We are a small business located within the newly built Clem Jones Wellness Precinct at the Clem Jones Centre which is also home to a community of other leading health specialists.

We’re excited about the growth of our business and need someone special to help us provide exceptional care to our patients.

The Details:

• This is a Permanent Part-Time Reception Role, offering approximately 36 hours a week at our well-established practice in Carina.
• In this key role, you’ll provide essential reception services (greeting, bookings, cleaning, invoicing etc), manage phone calls with a friendly and professional approach, and provide an outstanding experience for our valued patients.

What we’re looking for:

• Flexibility: Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative: You’re always looking for ways to help and keep busy.
• Calm, reliable, and efficient under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and eager to learn our software system, Cliniko.
• Communication Skills: A warm, engaging phone manner with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Integrity: A strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months in medical or health administration is preferred.

Work Schedule:

• This is a Monday to Friday position of approximately 30 hours per week
• There is a degree of flexibility of start and finish times, however you must be available to work between hours of 8am and 6pm
